ConnectSmart GuestView
QSR’s innovative ConnectSmart GuestView software enables table-service restaurants to use highly graphical guest-facing displays to communicate wait list information, in conjunction with multi-media messaging, to guests within the restaurant. Using GuestView to share wait list information with guests not only drives guest delight but also relieves stress and workload of the in-store team members at the hostess stand, because guests are not approaching the hostess to ask for status information.
Restaurant operators have the choice of showing seating parties, waiting parties and advertisements - or any combination - on the GuestView screen. And multiple GuestView screens can be purchased and set up to show different information within the same restaurant. For instance, the operator may wish to divide a screen display at the hostess stand into two to show parties being seated on the left half and parties still waiting on the right. But in the bar, the same operator may want to add a GuestView screen that shows seating parties, waiting parties and advertisements in three columns. An operator may also prefer only to show advertisements when there is no wait list data to be shown on a particular screen.
With the customisable GuestView, all text, fonts, colours and images are user definable. And a variety of advertisements can be displayed using a number of popular image and multi-media formats as well as web content. Whether spanning across multiple screens or using just one screen, the restaurant operator can set up the system to display advertisements in a certain order or randomly, or show advertisements only when there is no wait list data to be shown on that particular screen. And the bank of advertisements can be automatically updated based on day part
All party name, party size, and status data is automatically and immediately sent to the GuestView screens from QSR’s ConnectSmart Hostess. Parties are also automatically removed from the GuestView screens once seated.
