QSR's ConnectSmart OrderReady makes use of the production data from QSR's ePic KDS or CSK kitchen display software to populate an eye-pleasing graphical display that alerts guests to the status of their order. A benefit for any restaurant where guests pick up their orders, OrderReady can replace customer pagers and the need to call out orders amongst a busy restaurant crowd
With the customisable OrderReady, the restaurant has a choice to display only ready orders, or to display ready orders in one part of the screen with orders in the preparation process in another part of the screen. Or the restaurant can install multiple OrderReady systems in the restaurant to show orders that are ready for pickup on one monitor and orders in the preparation process on another monitor. Additionally, the restaurant has the option the display either the transaction number or the customer’s name, and can choose whether to display timers.
All of the colours, fonts, backgrounds, and the header of the graphical display(s) are definable through an easy-to-use browser-based configuration tool, which ensures changes are applied to the system as the user makes them and without the requirement to restart the application.
Sold as a software and hardware bundled solution, the OrderReady system is most often installed with QSR's xCeed controller.
